Cleaning & Service

We recommend having your split system cleaned at least once every 12 months. If you run your aircon heavily during Brisbane summers, have pets, or suffer from asthma or allergies, every 6 months is ideal. Units that haven't been serviced in over 12 months may need a deep clean to get back to full health.

Our Basic Clean$99 is perfect for regularly maintained units. We remove and clean the filters and front cover, clean the blower wheel, then sanitise and deodorise the unit. We do not remove the full housing cover or clean the drain.

Our Deep Clean$149 is for visibly dirty units, units with odours or mould, or those not serviced in over 12 months. We remove the full housing, clean the coils inside the unit, service the blower wheel, and apply anti-bacterial treatment before reassembling and testing.

Bad odours are almost always caused by mould and bacteria building up inside the fan barrel, coil, and drain tray. Every time the unit runs, it circulates these contaminants through your home. Our deep clean eliminates all mould and bacteria, and we finish with an anti-fungal inhibitor and deodoriser that leaves your unit smelling fresh and prevents mould from regrowing.

No. We use a specialist containment bag and protective sheeting that catches all water and debris — nothing ends up on your walls or floors. We clean up completely before we leave so your home is left exactly as we found it.

We ask for at least 1 metre of clear space directly under the air conditioner. If you have a wall-mounted TV nearby, please move it before we arrive. Everything else can stay as it is — we take care of the protection.

Health & Safety

We use a water-based, 100% biodegradable degreaser — safe for your family, kids, and pets. It's applied to the coil, fan barrel, and drain tray then fully flushed out with clean water. We finish with an anti-fungal inhibitor and a natural deodoriser. The unit is run and tested before we leave.

A professionally cleaned unit can reduce electricity usage by up to 30%. Mould and dust buildup forces your unit to work harder to reach temperature — drawing more power the dirtier it gets. After a clean it runs more efficiently, which adds up to real savings over a Brisbane summer.

Yes. When 2 or more units are serviced at the same address in one visit:

  • Basic Clean drops from $99 to $85 per unit
  • Deep Clean drops from $149 to $130 per unit

Yes, we accept Afterpay — split into 4 fortnightly interest-free instalments:

  • Basic Clean ($99) → 4 x $24.75
  • Deep Clean ($149) → 4 x $37.25
  • Outdoor Unit ($40) → 4 x $10.00

No call-out fee. The price you see is the price you pay — no hidden costs. If we recommend upgrading your service after inspecting the unit, we'll always explain why and get your approval first.
